personal effectiveness with specific emphasis on directed action or doing. It is both psycho-educational and experiential
in its orientation and has very real practical application within Leadership and Coaching environments.Counsellors Inc.
Purposeful Action Cycle, or PAC as it is often referred to, is a powerful behaviour and action focussed approach that drives and sustains change in individuals and teams. Its strength lies in that it can be readily linked to existing programs or be delivered as a stand alone package.
PAC can be applied at both senior and operational levels to drive and maintain change in corporate culture. Another one of its key strengths is that it can be delivered in a one-off format or over a course of one-off presentations. It is a highly effective model for coaching and performance management.
